Information about the Goring Gap

There are many recreational and residential amenities of the Thames-side villages of Goring and Streatley, and the area around. Although the 'Links to other Goring Gap Sites' were updated in Feb 2018 the rest of the general information on the Goring Gap below has not been regularly maintained and so some information is out of date and new information may be missing. We therefore suggest the Visit Goring and Streatley website for up to date information on Goring and Streatley in general.

About the Goring Gap: Description and photographs; history; places to visit

Goring and Streatley: Maps; general and emergency information; churches

Links to other Goring Gap Sites: (updated Feb 2018) Local authorities, schools, clubs and organisations and many area services

Shops and Services: Including restaurants and tea rooms

Accommodation: Hotels, inns, bed and breakfast

Transport Information: Trains, buses and taxi services
